It is proven that starting your morning with the right foot will positively affect your attitude and helps you face the day with strength and focus. We know it.... if waking up 15 minutes earlier than usual and having a slow morning routine could be hard (especially for people who can't function before 10 am!), knowing that a delicious and healthy breakfast waits for you could be a stimulus for your motivation.
Here below our favorites (and yummiest!) breakfast combinations, to let yourself start your day with a balanced intake of good nutrients:
1. SMOOTHIE BOWL
…of course. Who doesn’t love them? The social media are filled with yummy recipes, and we can’t get enough to try new ones but what you may not know is that any self-respecting smoothie bowl should have a specific range of ingredients to give you the right intake of vitamins, proteins, healthy fats and carbs.
Here below the list of the unmissable components for a well-balanced breakfast:
- Thickening protein (nut butter, Greek yoghurt, chia seeds)
