Imagine it's 9 a.m. and your yoga class has just ended. You feel full of light and joy andr ready for the day ahead which is expected to be amazing. The training was intense and now you really deserve a treat to regain strenght.
But hey, once you open the fridge you toddler rushes into the kitchen claiming his breakfast! So what's better than a healthy smoothie to meet both needings?
These easy and quick smoothie recipes are the best for preserving your body health and especially to replenish Vitamins and Minerals after a workout. We chose them based on different purposes, in order to be consumed when you need it most. Enjoy try them all!
1. RED PASSION
Also good for: brain health, immunity system, skin health, digestion
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 peeled Beet
- 5 medium Strawberries
- 1 cup fresh Apple juice
- 1 tsp EVAH | Essentials Acerola & Beetroot
- 2 slices of Lemon (peeled)
- 1tbsp Coconut oil
- 2 leaves of fresh Mint
2. ANTILLES DREAM (picture)
Also good for: fat burning, brain focus, mood boost, muscle recovering
INGREDIENTS:
- ½ medium Apple
- 1 Pear
- ½ Banana
- 1 tbsp EVAH | Essentials Maca & Lucuma
- 1 tbsp EVAH | Essentials Pea & Hemp protein
- 1 cup Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp grated fresh Ginger
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Honey
3. YELLOW SUNSHINE

- 2 Oranges (peeled)
- 1 cup Carrot juice (organic)
- 1 piece of Ginger (to taste)
- 2 slices of Lemon (peeled)
- ½ Apple
- 1 tsp EVAH | Essentials Turmeric & Cinnamon
4. FLAT-TUMMY DETOX

INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup Pineapple
- ½ Banana
