Lattes are our latest obsession. For breakfast, a mid-afternoon treat or a good-night cozy drink which we consume at least 1/2 cup everyday. Together with caffeine-free infusions and flavoured water, it's one of the best ways to keep the body hydrated throughout the day and help you assume the right amount of nutrients. But be careful and DO IT RIGHT.

It's proven, in fact, that dairy products are the top sources of artery-clogging saturated fat and it also contains cholesterol. That's why we usually prefer to opt for the healthier version using 100% PLANT-BASED MILK with no sugars or additives (better yet homemade).

If you can't help to consume real milk, at least try to drink it no more than twice a week.

1. PINK COCONUT LATTE

GOOD FOR:

INGREDIENTS:

- 250 ml Coconut milk (fat free)

- 1 tsp EVAH | Essentials Acerola & Beetroot

- 1 tsp Rose water

To garnish: a pinch of shredded coconut or edible rose petals

 

2. CHOCOLATE ALMOND LATTE

GOOD FOR:

- energy

- brain functions

 

INGREDIENTS:

- 250 ml Almond milk

- 1 tsp EVAH | Elixir Sands of Nairobi

- 1 tsp Maple syrup

- 1 tsp Almond butter

To garnish: shredded almonds

 

3. GOLDEN MILK

GOOD FOR:

- immunity boost

- digestion

 

INGREDIENTS:

- 250 ml Oat milk

- 1 tsp EVAH | Essentials Cinnamon & Turmeric

- 1/2 tsp Ginger powder

- 1 tsp Raw honey

To garnish: a pinch of powdered nutmeg

 

4. GREEN PROTEIN LATTE

GOOD FOR:

INGREDIENTS:

- 250 ml Rice milk

- 1 tsp EVAH | Essentials Matcha & Kale

- 1 tsp EVAH | Essentials Pea & Hemp protein

- 1 tsp Raw honey

To garnish: a pinch of EVAH | Essentials Matcha & Kale

 

5. MACA SOY LATTE

- 250 ml Soy milk

- 1 tsp EVAH | Essentials Maca & Lucuma

- 1 tsp Agave syrup
